Doubt anyone will actually read this and I feel incredibly pathetic for having to resort to the internet for this but I have found myself rather alone the last few months.

I guess I just really need someone to talk to. I feel like I'm going to explode with a whole bunch of emotions.

I haven't been at work for nearly a month now. I'm scared to go back. I'm heartbroken and I've been betrayed and abandoned.

I've tried writing on paper. It doesn't work, the time I get with my counsellor is not enough and I'm desparately lonely. I think this is the first time in my life that I've had no one. Any time I try to reach out I make things worse or I get shunned.

I am so painfully sad that this is what I've let my life become and I don't know how to change it. I feel like I've run out of opportunities to meet new people or to change people's perceptions of me. They don't want to know.

I feel trapped inside myself.

This is not a cry for attention. This is almost my last option
